Refund Policy
At Precious Legacy Tours s.r.o., we strive to provide unforgettable experiences. Because our services involve scheduled tours and third-party providers, our refund policy is as follows:

• Cancellations for Individual Bookings (1–9 people):

  • Free cancellation up to 72 hours before the tour date.

  • 100% cancellation fee if cancelled within 72 hours of the tour date.

• Cancellations for Group Bookings (10+ people):

  • 38–21 days before: 30% cancellation fee.

  • 20–15 days before: 50% cancellation fee.

  • 14–8 days before: 80% cancellation fee.

  • 7 days or less: 100% cancellation fee.

• Concerts, theater, and other ticketed performances:

  • Non-refundable after purchase.

• Refunds (if applicable) are issued to the original payment method within 3–10 business days.

For refunds related to services provided by third-party suppliers, their terms apply. Please contact us at plt.praha@gmail.com for any refund requests.
